Your bank account is an important part of your Fido application. It is used to verify your identity, assess affordability, receive your credit funds, and process repayments.
When Do I Add My Bank Account?
Your bank account is linked during the credit application process as part of the affordability assessment.
You will be asked to connect the bank account that you want to use for:
- Receiving your credit funds
- Repaying your credit
- Verifying your income and account ownership
How to Link Your Bank Account
Connect Your Bank Account
During the affordability assessment, you'll be prompted to connect your bank account through the Fido App.
This allows us to:
- Verify that the account belongs to you
- Review your banking information for affordability purposes
- Confirm where approved funds should be sent
In some cases, additional account verification checks may be performed to validate your banking details.
