- Check the App Name You’re Searching: Please make sure you are typing the correct app name in the search bar: “Fido Solutions”. Kindly double-check the spelling in the App Store search bar to ensure accurate results.
- Confirm Your Apple ID Country Setting: The most common reason customers cannot find the Fido App is that their App Store country is not set to South Africa. The Fido App is currently available on the App Store.
Please ensure that the country associated with your Apple ID is set to "South Africa"
If it is set to a different country, you will need to update it.
How to Change Your App Store Country to South Africa
If your country is not set to South Africa, follow these simple steps:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap on your profile icon at the top right.
- Tap on your name, then select Media & Purchases.
- Tap View Account.
- Select Country/Region.
- Tap Change Country or Region.
- Select South Africa from the list.
- Review the Terms & Conditions.
- Tap Agree in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Agree again to confirm.
Once your country is set to South Africa, return to the search bar and type “Fido Solutions” again. You should now be able to see and download the app successfully.
